4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to BENCH, including portfolio items, reviews, and forum posts. By posting content, you grant BENCH a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: posting misleading information, harassing other users, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.

6. Marketplace

Transactions conducted through the BENCH marketplace are between buyers and sellers. BENCH facilitates these transactions but is not a party to any sale unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

BENCH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
